Shipping & returns
Terms and Conditions for Shipping and Returns:
- All orders placed on Ballahackoutdoor.com will be fulfilled in the order that they are received.
- All orders placed after 1pm EST will be fulfilled the following business day.
- All orders have a 24 to 48 hour handling time.
- All orders placed on Sundays or Holidays will be fulfilled the next business day.
- Ballahack Outdoor is not responsible for shipping delays due to incliment weather, or carrier error.
- Ballahack Outdoor is not responsible for the costs incurred for return shipping.
- Orders in the shipping stage cannot be altered or cancelled.
Ballahack Outdoor maintains a 30 day return policy for damaged or defective products unless otherwise noted. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#). Please see the RMA# Procedure below to aquire a RMA#.
- Items damaged due to misuse, or abuse are not covered by this return policy.
- Damage to airsoft replicas due to use of low quality BBs will void this return policy and most manufacturer warranties.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all parts, pieces, manuals, and documentation.
- Returns on non-defective, opened/used items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Items returned unused, in their original packaging are not subject to a restocking fee.
- Internal airsoft parts and upgrades must be returned unused, in their original packaging.
- All returned items will be inspected by our staff who will make the final decision on all warranty/return claims.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items returned for refund, including items sent with "Free Shipping", will have the cost of shipping removed from the refund.
- Many products carried by Ballahack Outdoor have extended or seperate warranties through the manufacturer and must be handled directly by the manufacturer. If you have questions or need assistance with these warranties, please call 757-430-0001, or email email@example.com and our staff will be happy to assist you.
- Contact Ballahack Outdoor via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your first name, last name, address, telephone number, and order number, as well as a brief description of the problem. Notes included with returned items may be missed or lost so please include any information/notes in the email.
- Our Staff will contact you with in 1 to 3 business days to issue a RMA#.
- Write the RMA# on the top and sides of the box used for returning the item.
- Items returned without a RMA# will not be accepted and will be discarded if unclaimed after 30 days.
